Bahamas Destination Wedding Photography

Pearly white sand along miles of beaches. Crystal turquoise waters as far as the eye can see. A gorgeous blue sky as the sun sets in the clouds. In the domain of romantic wedding photography, the Islands of the Bahamas provides spectacular natural lighting – especially just before sunset – along with some of the most romantic wedding photography locations in the world. This combination is the ingredients that gorgeous wedding photographs are made of.

Bahamas based photographer Mark Da Cunha has photographed weddings for couples from all across the world. He has documented the engagements and destination weddings of couples from South Africa and the United States of America to Europe and Canada– and of course the Bahamas.

Though Mark Da Cunha has photographed the majority of his wedding assignments in the beautiful Bahamas, he has also photographed weddings in a variety of other places. He has shot weddings in a wide variety of places and under a wide variety of conditions, and sometimes under lots of pressure (usually coming from the bride's mother!!! :). He has been the wedding photographer for ceremonies at yacht clubs in Florida, on pearly white beaches on beautiful Grand Bahama Island, in churches in Iceland, and aboard cruise ships in the middle of the Caribbean Sea.
